HEALTHY NEIGHBORHOODS INITIATIVE (HNI) The Healthy Neighborhoods Initiative of Milwaukee (c) has made Enderis Park one of its target neighborhoods. The chief donor to the initiative has provided over $500,000 in support of the initiative. In the Enderis Park neighborhood, that money has gone for a neighborhood organizer position. Healthy Neighborhoods is an idea organized around a set of values: engaging neighbors, positioning a neighborhood as a good place to live, making physical improvements that raise the overall standard of how an area looks, and encouraging homeowners to buy in the neighborhood.Click Here to Read in Detail about the HNI Vision and Plan.
